What You'll Do As a key member of our litigation team, you will: Support attorneys through all stages of federal civil litigation across New York's federal courts Draft, proof, and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents Conduct factual and legal research using
PACER , CM/ECF
, and similar platforms Organize and manage case files, document productions, and discovery tracking Maintain accurate calendars and monitor dockets to ensure compliance with court deadlines Assist in preparing exhibits, deposition binders, and trial materials Liaise professionally with clients, court staff, vendors, and co-counsel Ensure adherence to local, federal, and procedural rules Provide ongoing litigation support for matters involving consumer financial services and creditors' rights What You Bring 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience , with at least 3 years in New York litigation Strong command of federal court procedures and e-filing systems ( ECF/PACER ) Experience supporting consumer financial services or creditors' rights litigation preferred Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite , legal research databases, and document management tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate required

Familiarity with bankruptcy or foreclosure proceedings
