We will consider applicants looking for a part-time and full-time position. We currently offer a progressive hybrid work model of two days in office and three days working remotely. The experienced paralegal will work closely with their team as a trusted member to help with all aspects of case management and fact development, including collecting, organizing, and summarizing medical and other records, drafting disclosures and preparing exhibits, background research, and substantive contributions to trial readiness. Candidates will need to have a paralegal associate degree or certificate. Job Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of case management and fact development.
• Collect, organize, and summarize medical and other case records.
• Draft disclosures and prepare exhibits.
• Conduct background research.
• Contribute substantively to trial readiness.
• Work closely with the legal team as a trusted team member. Job Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in Colorado litigation.
• Paralegal associate degree or certificate.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Strong organizational, record management, and case support skills.
• Experience supporting trial preparation and litigation teams.

The salary range will be $70,000 to $90,000 depending on a potential employee's qualifications, experience and other considerations permitted by law.
