Job Description

International law firm in Redwood City, CA has an immediate opening for a Litigation Paralegal with 5-10+ years of legal experience. This role will support multiple civil litigation attorneys and assist throughout the full litigation lifecycle, from case inception through trial preparation and resolution. As a Litigation Paralegal with this firm, you'll be assigned to 2-3 attorneys and focus on eDiscovery, document preparation, and trial support. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site work on a weekly basis.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport multiple attorneys handling civil litigation matters through all phases of litigationAssist with case management from initial filing through discovery, trial preparation, and closingPrepare, organize, and maintain pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and case filesCoordinate and manage court filings, with e-filing experience strongly preferredTrack deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendarsAssist with discovery, document production, and trial preparationCommunicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors as neededMaintain accurate and organized case records and litigation documents
