Now Hiring:
Litigation Paralegal | Hybrid | South Suburbs of Chicago, ILA well-established law firm in the south suburban Chicago area is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join its team. This is a hybrid role best suited for someone who enjoys both litigation support and regular interaction with clients and municipal stakeholders.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary:
$70,000-$100,000, depending on experience

Health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, PTO, and moreKey ResponsibilitiesSupport litigation matters from inception through post-trialDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and related litigation documentsPrepare medical record and billing summariesConduct damages analysisManage service of process, subpoenas, and deposition noticesDraft Rule 26 disclosuresAssist with arbitration and trial prep, including witness/exhibit lists and motions in limineOversee discovery managementCoordinate with expert witnesses and assist with expert retentionDraft legal correspondenceConduct legal researchE-file in state and federal courtManage deposition scheduling and attorney calendarsHandle additional paralegal duties as needed
