firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team on a fully remote, long-term contract basis. This is an opportunity to support a high-performing legal team handling complex civil litigation matters in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has CA experience, lives in CA, and is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while staying highly responsive in a remote setting. Responsibilities + Provide comprehensive litigation support across civil matters, including employment and/or insurance defense cases + Draft, prepare, and manage discovery, including document production and responses + Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and case file management + Manage and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and organization of documents + Track deadlines, maintain calendars, and ensure timely filings + Conduct legal research and assist with drafting correspondence and pleadings + Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third parties to support case progression + Handle a high-volume caseload while meeting tight deadlines Requirements Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
