Full Job Description Description:
Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is seeking a highly qualified Litigation Paralegal to join our Madison office. This paralegal position is responsible for assisting with litigation matters under the supervision of various attorneys. The individual in this role works directly with trial attorneys to conduct initial investigations and discovery, perform research, draft pleadings, and maintain a calendar of deadlines, hearings, and meetings. This paralegal position prepares and manages all exhibits, assists with deposition prep and deposition summaries, attends trials as needed, and performs other related duties as assigned. The Litigation Paralegal maintains positive contact with clients, attorneys, and staff.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years litigation paralegal experience and have trial experience. Will be highly organized, detail oriented, and be able to multitask while maintaining efficiency. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and demonstrate good judgment. Experience utilizing Microsoft Office applications as well as ability to utilize various electronic legal resources is a must. This is a full-time position, with the potential of a hybrid working schedule.
