Seattle, WA (hybrid) LHH is working with a well-established civil litigation firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join its Seattle office. Ideal candidates will have recent experience managing civil litigation matters from case inception through settlement or trial. Experience with medical malpractice cases is highly preferred. This role includes an annual 1,400 billable-hour requirement and offers a collaborative, supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed chronologies of medical records Communicate with clients, attorneys, court personnel, experts, and other legal professionals Draft authorizations, stipulations, correspondence, memoranda, discovery, pleadings, and other legal documents Manage case deadlines and support efficient case development Review, organize, and summarize large volumes of medical records Conduct research on medical issues, jury verdicts, and expert witnesses Oversee the discovery process and maintain case status updates Assist with trial preparation and deposition preparation Perform additional tasks as needed to support litigation teams Qualifications 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience , preferably including medical malpractice Strong knowledge of Washington State and local court rules Demonstrated understanding of the full discovery process Trial preparation experience (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently or collaboratively Proficiency in Microsoft Office , including PowerPoint Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines (preferred) Experience with billing time Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively Benefits 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees 401(k) with 7% employer contribution after one year of employment Flexible Spending Account (FSA) available 11 paid holidays annually PTO accrual of 135 hours (18 days) annually , prorated based on hire date PTO increases beginning at Year 5 Up to 56 hours of PTO may be carried over annually Up to 40 hours of unused PTO paid out Employer-paid parking Ongoing software training and professional development opportunities 37.5-hour work week Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for
