Job Description

A prestigious Law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Litigation Paralegal to join its Delaware team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated paralegal to work alongside leading attorneys on sophisticated, high-profile corporate litigation matters in one of the country's premier legal markets. This role is hybrid. Candidates who have corporate litigation paralegal experience that would like to be considered immediately should reach out to Kevin Ross with Robert Half in Philadelphia. The Role Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex corporate and commercial litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
Assist with Delaware corporate litigation matters, including disputes involving directors, officers, shareholders, fiduciary duties, and corporate governance.
Prepare and organize pleadings, motions, discovery materials, exhibits, deposition materials, and trial documents.
Coordinate discovery, including document collection, review, production, privilege logs, and management of litigation databases.
Conduct legal and factual research and assist attorneys with case preparation and development.
Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and critical litigation documents with a high degree of accuracy.
Assist with depositions, hearings, trials, arbitrations, and other proceedings as needed.
Work closely with attorneys, clients, experts, vendors, and other legal professionals in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment. What We're Looking For 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within a large law firm or Delaware Law Firm.
Experience supporting complex commercial or corporate litigation matters strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery, filings, and case management.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters and meet demanding deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
