Mid-sized law firm located in Westchester, NY is seeking a Transactional Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support its thriving practice. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of prior law firm experience and strong working knowledge of commercial real estate transaction processes, including closings, due diligence, title, surveys, financing, leasing, and post-closing follow-up. Job duties include preparing and revising contracts, leases, closing documents, financing documents, entity documents, assist with commercial real estate closings, and perfom administrative duties (open client matters, processing time entries, managing attorney calendars, etc.).
