Hourly Rate:
$30.00-$38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence in state and federal courts Manage litigation caseload, including calendaring deadlines, tracking case milestones, and ensuring timely filings Perform e-filing through federal and state systems, including PACER Assist with all phases of litigation, including discovery, document review, and trial preparation Review loan documentation, payment histories, and account records for litigation matters Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel regarding case status and filings Maintain organized case files and litigation support systems Support compliance-related matters and regulatory inquiries as needed Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in financial services or foreclosure-related practice areas Experience with LPS, Tempo, Legal Tracker, and
