  • Hybrid Our client is a well-established law firm looking for a Litigation Paralegal to provide support across a variety of legal matters.
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys keeping cases organized, working with legal documents, and helping attorneys stay on top of deadlines and priorities. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative legal team.

Paralegal Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with day-to-day case and matter management. Keep case information, documents, and deadlines organized and up to date. Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and case materials. Help coordinate discovery, document requests, and related case activities. Support attorneys with hearings, depositions, meetings, and other legal proceedings. Review court updates and maintain accurate case calendars. Compile information and documents for attorney review and case preparation. Handle administrative and case-related tasks as needed.
Paralegal Qualifications:
At least 3 years of paralegal experience; litigation experience preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities. Professional judgment when handling confidential information. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new legal software. Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

$75,000
