Job Description

Hall Law, P.A. is a plaintiff's personal injury law firm with offices in St. Cloud and Edina. We seek a paralegal to add to our staff. This position allows for some remote work days each week with a minimum of 1-2 days in-office required in either our St. Cloud or Edina office, and the remaining days dependent on work requirements. Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, computer literate, detail oriented, proactive and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Primary responsibilities include managing client deadlines, client communication and record gathering, preparing and filing documents with the court, assisting attorneys in all aspects of file work including trial preparation, calendaring court dates and general office duties. Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, proofing materials, calendaring, establishing priorities, meeting deadlines and communicating with clients and attorneys.
