Your New Role:

Join their growing team as their newest Patent Prosecution Legal Assistant. In this role, you'll provide dedicated support to attorneys and patent agents. Day-to-day, you'll navigate client requests, track and monitor dockets and deadlines, conduct research, and draft various legal correspondence for attorneys, clients, and foreign associates. Additionally, you'll enter attorney time and review invoices. This position requires major initiative, consistent follow-through, and a keen eye for detail. Any experience in biotech patent prosecution is a major plus! After an in-office training period, you'll have a hybrid schedule.
