Join our team! Fast-paced, high-volume Personal Injury law firm seeking a driven, compassionate, and results-oriented Paralegal. As a valued Paralegal on our team, you'll work closely with attorneys, fellow paralegals, and legal assistants, managing cases from presuit through litigation while making a real impact on the lives of our clients.

Job duties include:

Communicate with clients to provide case updates, coordinate medical treatment, and oversee no-fault forms and medical billing. Prepare and submit monthly no-fault claims for expenses such as attendant care, lost wages, household replacement services, and medical mileage. Maintain clear and professional communication with adjusters to ensure timely payment of medical bills and no-fault benefits. Order, review, and organize medical billing and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

What we are looking for:

2+ years of personal injury intake experience required No-fault/PIP experience strongly preferred Experience with case management software (Clio, Filevine, Needles, SmartAdvocate, etc.) preferred Knowledge of Michigan No-Fault Law (minimum basic understanding, but 2+ years of experience in Auto/PIP/BI is preferred).
