Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Personal Injury Paralegal 28 Blackwell Park Lane, Warrenton, VA 20186 Full-time Full-time Full time litigation paralegal for established injury law firm. Prior legal experience required preferably in personal injury/insurance law. Must be a self starter who is able to work independently with knowledge of case management practices. Other skills required for this job : excellent communication/people skills, attention to detail, team player attitude, comfortable on the phone and willing to help others.
