One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a Red Hat Linux System Administrator to support a mission-critical government program operating within a secure AWS cloud environment. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Cameo-based engineering systems, ensuring the availability, performance, security, and reliability of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and supporting cloud infrastructure. Day to day, the role involves monitoring system health, troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing upgrades and patches, supporting automation initiatives, and partnering with engineers, program managers, and government stakeholders to keep critical systems running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a hands-on systems administrator who enjoys solving complex problems, improving operational efficiency, and supporting high-impact national security missions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
