This is a high-responsibility role supporting active pre-litigation caseloads and direct client communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a caseload of 20-30 active personal injury files simultaneously Conduct initial client intake and onboarding Request police reports, policy limits, medical records, and billing Set up and follow through on lien treatment with medical providers Maintain consistent client contact and case status updates Prepare demand packages Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters, medical professionals, records departments, and clients
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of personal injury paralegal experience (required) Bilingual English/Spanish (required) Experience managing high-volume pre-litigation caseloads Strong organizational and communication skills Hours are Flexible. This can be an in-person position but could be open to remote work.
