In this role, you will assist attorneys in managing estate administration and probate proceedings, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of client cases. Your expertise will support the preparation of legal documents, coordinate case files, and facilitate communication with clients and courts. Responsibilities Prepare and review legal documents related to estate planning, probate, and trust administration, including petitions, affidavits, and correspondence Coordinate with courts, financial institutions, and government agencies to facilitate filings, hearings, and estate transfers Assist attorneys with document review, proofreading, transcription, and drafting of documents Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining organized records of all case activities Experience Proven paralegal experience supporting probate or estate planning cases in a fast-paced law office environment Strong knowledge of probates and estate planning. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases Effective communication skills for client interaction Experience handling administrative duties such as filing, data entry, phone etiquette, proofreading, transcription, and maintaining confidentiality
