Overview We are a well-respected law firm seeking a residential real estate pre-closer with at least 2 years' experience. A residential real estate pre-closer performs administrative support tasks to transfer the title to property in real estate transactions, such as a purchase or refinance. Under the direction of a real estate attorney, they complete the majority of pre-closing preparation duties including interfacing directly with clients, title company representatives, insurance representatives, loan officers, real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals to ensure the closing can occur accurately and on time. An ideal candidate will have experience working in the title, mortgage lending, or real estate industries with a keen eye for detail and outstanding research and customer service skills. Successful candidates will also possess residential title work experience, including an understanding of title exams and reports and the preparation of residential loan packages as well as experience with high-volume residential closings. Softpro experience is preferred but not required. This is an in-office position. It is not a remote/work-from-home opportunity.
