The ideal candidate will have strong Spanish-language skills and preferably be from a minority population. The candidate will also bring a strong foundation and extensive knowledge in providing support for the above-mentioned Practice areas. Duties Provide comprehensive paralegal support across multiple practice areas, especially Personal Injury, Criminal Law and Divorce / Custody Law. Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools to assist attorneys with case preparation. Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with meticulous attention to detail. Support project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are streamlined. Handle administrative duties including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and organizing legal files while maintaining high standards of professionalism. Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Westlaw, LexisNexis, and relevant Legal Management software Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration. Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Pay:
$56,956.30 - $68,592.54 per year
