Job Description
We exclusively represent medical providers —including physicians, surgery centers, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations—seeking reimbursement for treatment rendered to injured workers.
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Paralegal to join our Workers' Compensation department. This role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside experienced attorneys while managing meaningful legal work that has a direct impact on our clients' success.

What You'll Do Support attorneys throughout all phases of Workers' Compensation litigation. Provide general administrative and litigation support to the legal team. Draft motions, correspondence, discovery responses, and other legal documents. Coordinate hearings, conferences, and court appearances. Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, insurance carriers, and court personnel. Review medical records, billing documentation, and case materials. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings with the Division of Workers' Compensation. Maintain accurate case management records and assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and settlement conferences. What We're Looking For 3+ years of paralegal experience preferred. Prior experience in w orkers' compensation, personal injury, insurance defense, medical collections, or civil litigation is strongly preferred. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
