JOB REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience with Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation case management (Claimant or Defense) Litigation/Trial experience is preferred Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Previous experience with case management software Professional demeanor and appearance Type 50+wpmQUALIFICATIONS
Excellent computer skills Daily contact with clients Handle case load of 50+ plaintiff's cases Bilingual Spanish is a plus Type legal correspondence Collect medical records & bills Set up claims Draft Briefs, demands, all case related documents Case management software Pays 100% of Health Insurance and two bonuses a yearQUALIFIED PARALEGALS PLEASE FORWARD RESUME
