Job Description

An established law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal (Real Estate) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain organized files for new and existing clients. Communicate with clients regarding case progress and scheduling. Perform administrative tasks including filing, scanning, copying, and mailing. Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings; handle state and federal e-filing. Coordinate and schedule depositions, including preparation of notices and exhibits. Utilize AI tools to enhance legal research, drafting, and case management efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and caseloads. Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in legal technology and willingness to adopt AI-based tools and systems.
