Woods Fuller Law Firm is seeking an experienced full-time Paralegal to join our fast-paced Business, Real Estate and Estate Planning practice groups. Successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate excellent organization skills, attention to detail and communications skills, and be a motivated, hardworking team player with impeccable organization and communication skills.
Duties Include:
Communicating directly and effectively with attorneys, clients, staff, clerk's offices, and other relevant contacts. Professionally assisting attorneys and staff with general duties required of a paralegal. Prepare estate and probate documents; Attendance at the execution of wills, real estate closings, depositions, court and administrative hearings and trials. Prepare tax and regulatory filings; Meet with Clients Conduct UCC searches; assisting with real estate and commercial transactions. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints; Provide outstanding client-centered service; Draft corporate maintenance documents;
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)

Friday Requirements:
Skills required: Knowledge of legal principles and practices; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft products; Strong organization and prioritization skills; Strong ability to work independently; Strong interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail; Willingness to work occasional overtime or adjusted hours as needed; Professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
