Responsibilities Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail Manage and organize case files using document management systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information Support litigation processes through document review, filing, and tracking deadlines in civil litigation cases Interview clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for cases while maintaining professional communication standards Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, managing client communications, proofreading legal documents, and handling confidential information with integrity Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is essential Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with legal case management software Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; keen proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy Superior organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Effective client communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while supporting attorneys in various administrative functions Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values precision, proactive support, and continuous learning.
