Business Transaction & Litigation Paralegal Location:
Lebanon, TN Experience:
3+ Years An established Tennessee law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Lebanon office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience supporting attorneys in business transactions and litigation matters and be comfortable working in a busy, professional legal environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys while supporting a diverse caseload and assisting with matters from initial preparation through resolution. Qualifications & Responsibilities 3+ years of paralegal experience preferred Experience supporting business and transactional matters Litigation support experience Drafting and preparation of legal documents and correspondence File and case management Discovery, document organization, and trial or hearing preparation as needed Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Professional, detail-oriented, and dependable This is a strong opportunity for an experienced paralegal seeking to join an established firm and take on meaningful responsibility within its transactional and litigation practices.
