Coordinate meetings, interviews (including client interviews), and project timelines to streamline workflow and ensure efficient case progression. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion while supporting administrative tasks like scheduling and executive support. Requirements Proven paralegal or legal assistant experience within a law office environment. Strong knowledge of procedural law, civil litigation support, and document management systems such as Word processing software, PCLaw, iManage, Westlaw, LexisNexis. Familiarity with multiple practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, family law, landlord-tenant law, personal injury law (including personal injury case experience), securities law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, and workers' compensation law. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-moving setting. Exceptional research skills utilizing legal databases like Westlaw and LexisNexis for comprehensive case analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), document review tools, and electronic filing systems. Strong written communication skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence.
