Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research using online databases, public records, and court systems Assist in case development and strategy preparation Organize evidence and case files. Assist with trial preparation , including exhibit organization and witness coordination Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third parties as needed
Qualifications:
Small Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred Little research and analytical skills Good written and verbal communication High attention to small detail . Ability to manage responsibilities Little Familiarity with legal databases Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Help trial preparation Little Knowledge of Texas court procedures Strong problem-solving
