O'Hare | Koch Law Firm, PC located in North Dallas is seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to work directly with our attorneys in representing injured Texans and their families in catastrophic injury/wrongful death cases, semi-trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and much more. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful legal work on a mission-driven team committed to rigorous advocacy and compassionate client service. In this role, you will work directly with our attorneys, clients, witnesses and experts as well as opposing counsel to manage litigation files from suit through resolution. You will prepare pleadings, coordinate discovery and depositions, organize trial materials , and maintain deadlines. What You Will Do Manage a robust docket of Texas personal injury litigation matters under attorney supervision to keep the cases moving efficiently toward settlement or trial Serve as a reliable point of contact for our clients regarding case progress and development Calendar and monitor court, discovery, mediation, motion and trial deadlines Draft and file pleadings, discovery, notices, correspondence, and other litigation documents Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, service of process, records requests, and expert-related tasks Review, organize, and analyze medical records, bills, police reports, photographs, witness information, and other evidence Prepare deposition binders, exhibit lists, mediation materials, and trial notebooks Manage case files using Needles , our case management software, and ensure all case-related information is organized and up to date Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Working knowledge of the Texas and Federal court litigation, including pleading, discovery and motion practice, e-filing, and deadline management Strong command of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal case-management systems A dependable, self-directed professional who can prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines without losing attention to detail Strong writing, proofreading, and document-management skills Experience working with medical records, billing records, and damages documentation Effective communication skills along with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and ethically
