Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and mature administrative assistant to join our busy law office.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform clerical duties, data entry, and organizing legal documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain client medical records, assist with client medical updates, and client inquiries
  • Type documents, reports, and other materials as needed
  • Provide excellent customer support to clients and visitors of the law office
Skills:
  • Proficient in data entry. Maintains and accurately prepares records and client documents
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in project coordination and multitasking
  • Efficient in data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical receptionist duties and maintenance of client medical updates.
  • Able keep client information confidential and secure. Following Hipaa guidelines ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and security of Protected Health Information
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to type and write efficiently and error-free
  • Familiarity and advanced knowledge of microsoft; including excel and word documents
