Experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal Location:
Conroe, Texas Employment Type:
Full-Time About Us We are a busy, established solo practitioner law firm focused on civil litigation. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive paralegal who can confidently manage cases from inception through trial while working closely with the attorney. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Position is open now. Responsibilities
  • Manage civil litigation cases from filing through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, notices, and correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize exhibits, trial notebooks, and hearing materials.
  • Maintain case files, calendars, and litigation deadlines.
  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial schedules.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts.
  • Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
  • Assist with trial preparation and courtroom support. Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures.
  • Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts.
  • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with trial preparation.
  • Familiarity with document management and time/billing software.
  • Commissioned Texas Notary What We Offer
