Our team is committed to providing exceptional legal support while maintaining compassion and professionalism for every client we serve. Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Clerk to support our legal team by managing medical records, billing documentation, and client healthcare information related to personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, the ability to communicate professionally with medical providers, and experience handling confidential records. Key Responsibilities Request, organize, and maintain medical records and billing statements Communicate with hospitals, clinics, physicians, and insurance companies Review records for completeness and accuracy Upload and manage documents within the firm's case management system Track outstanding medical requests and follow up as needed Assist attorneys and case managers with case preparation Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements Provide general administrative support to the team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a law firm is MUST Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management software Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
