Manage document review processes and maintain organized case files using document management systems like iManage and PCLaw. Support litigation activities by preparing pleadings, discovery documents, and court filings while ensuring accuracy through proofreading and transcription. Coordinate client interviews and gather pertinent information through effective interviewing techniques to facilitate case development. Handle data entry tasks related to case management systems and maintain meticulous records of legal proceedings. Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, answering phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and performing general clerical duties including filing and data organization. Paralegal experience or prior legal administrative experience is essential for success in this role. Demonstrated knowledge of multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, patent law, and tribal regulations. Proficiency with legal research platforms like Westlaw and LexisNexis is required to perform thorough investigations and support case strategies effectively. Experience with document management systems such as iManage or similar platforms for efficient file organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interviewing clients or witnesses and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with project management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently within a busy law office environment. Pay:
