Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, revise, and review a wide range of litigation documents, including demand packages, pleadings, motions, and proposed orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with clients to gather information, coordinate discovery responses, and compile supporting documentation for production.
- Request and track medical records and other case-related materials needed to support personal injury matters.
- Communicate with law enforcement offices and public agencies to obtain reports, open records, and other essential documentation.
- Perform factual investigations and legal research to assist attorneys in case development and strategy.
- Maintain orderly and up-to-date client files across both physical and electronic record systems.
- Assemble mediation and trial materials, including binders and exhibits, and provide on-site support during trial proceedings.
- Keep clients informed about case progress through timely and clear status updates.
- Coordinate with retained experts, distribute relevant records, and monitor communications related to expert involvement.
- Identify and notify lienholders, track lien-related updates, and support efforts toward lien resolution.
