Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Paralegal to support plaintiff-side personal injury litigation in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can guide complex civil cases through every stage of trial preparation while keeping documentation, discovery, and case materials thoroughly organized. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, attention to detail, and proven experience assisting with catastrophic injury and wrongful death matters.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee case preparation from initial pleadings through trial and verdict, ensuring all materials are complete, organized, and ready for court.
  • Assemble and maintain trial binders, exhibits, witness materials, demonstratives, and other supporting documents needed for hearings and jury trials.
  • Draft, revise, and coordinate legal filings such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery-related documents.
  • Manage discovery activities, including written discovery, electronic document review, records collection, redaction, and file organization.
  • Research, coordinate, and support medical experts and other retained specialists, including background review and scheduling.
  • Organize medical records, billing information, treatment summaries, and lien documentation to support case strategy and damages analysis.
  • Assist attorneys with mediation preparation, settlement support, and compilation of key case materials for negotiation.
  • Communicate with medical providers and help coordinate treatment-related documentation and follow-up for active matters.
  • Track deadlines, court requirements, and document flow across multiple litigation files while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Requirements
  • At least 5 years of paralegal experience with a strong focus on civil litigation.
  • Demonstrated background supporting plaintiff-side personal injury matters.
  • Hands-on experience preparing for civil jury trials, including courtroom and exhibit coordination.
  • Required experience working on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation documents, discovery procedures, and case file management.
  • Ability to review, organize, and summarize large volumes of medical and case-related records.
  • Skilled in managing multiple active cases while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
