We're partnering with a top-tier plaintiff personal injury firm known for handling high-stakes, complex cases across state and federal courts. This team is looking for a true litigation partner —someone who can step in, take ownership, and drive cases from intake through trial . Why This Role Stands Out Work on high-value, complex cases (not volume-driven work) Be part of a trial-focused legal team with real courtroom exposure Join a firm with a reputation for strong results + strong culture Top-of-market compensation + historically generous bonuses What You'll Do You'll play a critical role in the litigation lifecycle, working closely with attorneys and legal teams to keep cases moving forward efficiently and strategically: Manage complex plaintiff personal injury cases from file to trial Support attorneys through discovery, motion practice, mediations, hearings, and trial Draft and prepare legal documents including: Petitions, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and correspondence Handle all phases of discovery (interrogatories, disclosures, production, admissions) Coordinate medical records, LOPs, and communication with providers/lienholders Prepare deposition and trial notebooks Assist with client interviews and case investigations Ensure all filings and materials are accurate, polished, and court-ready Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and support overall case strategy What You Bring 5-7years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (REQUIRED) Proven ability to manage cases independently through trial Strong knowledge of state & federal court procedures, deadlines, and filings Trial experience and comfort in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and proactive mindset Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Bachelor's degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certification (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Top-of-market base salary Discretionary bonuses (historically strong + performance-driven) 100% employer-paid medical (employee-only) + dental & vision 401(k) with 3% firm contribution after 1 year (no vesting) Generous
