Our firm is in the heart of Denton, Texas, specializing in complex family law, probate, and guardianship cases.
STRONG APPLICANTS
Have two or more years of experience in Texas family law, probate, and/ or guardianship matters. Are a
Master Communicator:
You possess the high-level verbal and written skills necessary to advocate for our clients and interface with court personnel - even in emotional times.
Stay Organized:
You can juggle multiple "time-sensitive" tasks without breaking a sweat.
Team Player:
You are a self-starter, able to work independently, but understand the value of an experienced team behind you.
Value Excellence:
You hold yourself to high professional standards and treat every client with the respect they deserve.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE
Working directly with attorneys and clients on time-sensitive matters.
Litigation Support:
Preparation for hearings, mediations and/or trials. Partnering with attorneys in court. Draft pleadings, discovery, inventories, and pre-trial documents. Schedule mediations, hearings, client appointments, and litigation deadlines. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary is negotiable based on experience level . Board Certified? Please inquire, as the starting salary scale increses. Bonuses are available based on performance and firm success.
