Our firm is in the heart of Denton, Texas, specializing in complex family law, probate, and guardianship cases.

Have two or more years of experience in Texas family law, probate, and/ or guardianship matters. Are a

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE

Working directly with attorneys and clients on time-sensitive matters.

Litigation Support:

Preparation for hearings, mediations and/or trials. Partnering with attorneys in court. Draft pleadings, discovery, inventories, and pre-trial documents. Schedule mediations, hearings, client appointments, and litigation deadlines.
