We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive support across a variety of litigation matters, ensuring smooth case management and efficient legal processes. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help facilitate effective communication, document handling, and research activities, contributing to the success of our legal operations. Assist attorneys with case preparation by organizing and managing legal documents, files, and correspondence using document management systems such as

Conduct thorough legal research across multiple practice areas including
PERSONAL INJURY AND IMMIGRATION LAW
Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance; perform proofreading and transcription as needed. Support litigation activities through document review, data entry, and maintaining case files in legal case management systems. Coordinate client interviews and witness statements by preparing interview questions and documenting responses with professionalism. Manage calendar deadlines for filings, court appearances, and other critical dates to ensure timely submissions. Provide executive administrative support including phone etiquette, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion. Paralegal experience or equivalent legal administrative experience is required. Proficiency with legal research tools including Westlaw and LexisNexis. client intake- zoom meetings and
MICROSOFT OFFICE
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; keen proofreading abilities. Effective interviewing skills for client interactions; professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of legal case management software and data entry protocols is highly desirable.
