This is an onsite position located in Houston, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role offers the opportunity to support a dynamic litigation team handling complex offshore energy, marine, and admiralty matters. The Paralegal will assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and resolution. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes legal environment and enjoys working on sophisticated, industry-specific disputes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case resolution Prepare and file court documents, including pleadings, motions, and exhibits Draft and respond to discovery requests such as interrogatories and requests for production Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial logistics Review and summarize depositions, technical records, and case-related materials Manage case files, litigation calendars, and electronic discovery processes

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience supporting litigation matters, preferably within offshore energy, maritime, admiralty, or complex commercial litigation Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, including discovery and trial support Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
