A Paralegal or Legal Assistant assists attorneys and law offices with a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to legal research and writing. Maintains and organizes files or file databases. Conducts legal or other background research, assists with preparation for trials or hearings, and drafts documents to be filed. Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Legal Assistant/Paralegal-Spanish Speaking You must have experience for this job. Looking for someone that is professional has Legal Secretary or Paralegal experience for this position. MINIMUM of 2 years legal experience and working at a law office as a legal secretary. Must have experience with Discovery and Litigation. Will draft documents, scan, and sometimes answer the phone. May have to do the following: Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive client information Requesting medical bills and records by affidavit Conduct legal searches Interpreting/ TranslatingLITIGATIONS DISCOVERY
