This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys supporting attorneys, and is comfortable handling routine payroll tasks with accuracy. Position Responsibilities Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documents, case files, and correspondence Assist attorneys with scheduling, filings, and client communication Track deadlines, court dates, and case updates Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Process payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable on a recurring schedule with attention to detail Maintain employee records and assist with on-boarding paperwork Support general office operations and administrative needs Requirements Prior experience as a legal assistant or in a similar administrative role Familiarity with legal terminology and document formatting Experience with payroll systems or willingness to learn Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Must be reliable, punctual and have reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Monthly salary: $3500-$4000, depending on experience Health benefits after probationary period Paid time off after probationary period Matching 401(k) after probationary period
