The personal injury law firm of Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers is seeking a bilingual legal case assistant who is an excellent communicator, a good listener and has a friendly, helpful attitude. The primary responsibilities of this position include managing medical record and billing requests for personal injury cases, as well as assisting claims managers and attorneys with case management. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and phone skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and a passion for helping clients through the legal process. This position is full-time.
