In this role, you will answer and direct incoming phone calls, manage scheduling and appointments, assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and incoming mail. You must also be comfortable with coming out in some marketing material (like fliers) and occasional social media posts on our law firm page. If you are a go-getter and a fast learner and love to grow, then this position is for you! We love to grow our employees and promote from within. Responsibilities Answer phones and route calls to team members Call clients to confirm appointment times and get status updates Update our case management software with client information and case details Maintain and update documentation Be able to work 8am-5pm Monday through Friday Qualifications Positive Friendly Attitude that is client focused Speak both English and Spanish (a MUST) at a full conversational level Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role is a plus Highly organized with document management experience Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
