Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic legal team as a Paralegal and become a vital part of delivering exceptional client service and efficient case management. In this role, you will support attorneys in handling personal injury cases from inception through resolution, ensuring meticulous organization, thorough research, and effective communication. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help streamline processes, facilitate successful outcomes, and uphold the highest standards of legal support. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your paralegal expertise within a collaborative and fast-paced environment dedicated to justice and client advocacy. Duties Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury cases, including case intake, investigation, documentation, and settlement processes Conduct comprehensive legal research using legal research tools to support case strategies Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and insurance companies Manage case files using MyCase or other document management systems, ensuring accurate filing, data entry, and document review Interview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and experts to gather relevant information for case development Coordinate with medical providers for records retrieval and bill review; track deadlines and court filings to ensure procedural compliance Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information while supporting multiple litigation areas including civil litigation support and personal injury law Qualifications Proven paralegal experience with a focus on personal injury law or related litigation fields Strong knowledge of procedural law, legal drafting, legal research techniques, and case management practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), MyCase, or similar legal software Familiarity with document review processes and electronic filing procedures in state and federal courts Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with attorneys and external partners Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high attention to detail in all aspects of legal support Join us to make a meaningful impact by supporting clients through challenging times with professionalism and enthusiasm. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
