Richardson, TX Duties:

Assist clients with immigration matters that require consular processing, including family, immigrant and non-immigrant visas. Oversee consular processing clients and cases for various immigration categories. Act as the main point of contact between clients and attorneys. Send checklist to clients. Draft forms and review with clients. Update clients on case status. Collect and review supporting documents. Prepare clients for immigration interviews. Draft affidavits, response to requests for evidence and cover letters. Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all case materials are complete and properly documented. Use case management software to track case progress. Contact various government agencies for case inquiries or updates including National Visa Center, various U.S. Consulates or Embassies, USCIS, and USCIS Ombudsman Office. Oversee the operations of the consular processing team. Ensure the efficient handling of immigrant and non-immigrant visa cases. Coordinate workflow for various legal processes. Review immigration filings and coordinate or facilitate other team activities.

Requirements:
