Job Description

A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its team in The Woodlands. The firm represents corporate clients, insurers, and businesses in complex civil litigation matters and offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a fully in-office/100% on-site position providing hands-on exposure to all phases of litigation.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The firm is seeking a detail-oriented paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience and a strong understanding of the full litigation lifecycle. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in managing complex cases, including high-volume discovery and trial preparation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and post-trial resolution Prepare, format, and file court documents and assemble exhibits in compliance with court rules Manage document collection, review, and production, including large-scale discovery Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories and requests for production Support depositions, hearings, and mediations, including preparation and logistics Review and summarize depositions, medical records, and key case materials Maintain case calendars, dockets, and critical deadlines Coordinate electronic discovery efforts with internal teams and external vendors Provide general administrative and litigation support as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred ; Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved) strongly preferred Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience Strong knowledge of the full litigation lifecycle, including discovery and trial support Experience managing high-volume document review and production Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
