You'll work directly with attorneys and enrolled agents on real cases from day one, and your growth will be something we actively invest in, not an afterthought. Tax controversy work is intellectually demanding and highly technical, and the people who master it are valuable for the rest of their careers. We're looking for someone who wants to become one of those people. What you'll be doing: Supporting attorneys and enrolled agents directly on active IRS and state tax controversy cases Preparing financial and legal documents Taking notes at internal and external meetings, tracking deadlines and activities on our cases, conducting legal research, and reviewing documents; all under the supervision of our attorneys Managing day-to-day office operations Conducting client outreach and intake What we're looking for: A strong work ethic and initiative — you'll be trusted with real responsibility early Sharp organizational skills and highly computer-literate with exceptional word processing, document management, communication, research, and productivity skills. Applicants should be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and should possess strong writing and editing skills.
