Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle by maintaining organized files, tracking deadlines, and coordinating case activity.
• Prepare, review, and manage discovery materials, including document collection, responses, and production support.
• Assist with trial and hearing preparation by assembling exhibits, organizing witness materials, and helping attorneys stay ready for court proceedings.
• Maintain accurate case information in legal case management systems and ensure records are updated consistently.
• Conduct case-related research and compile information that supports legal strategy and ongoing matter development.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external parties to gather documents and keep case progress moving efficiently. Requirements
• Prior experience working as a Paralegal in a civil litigation environment.
• Practical knowledge of discovery processes, including document review and production coordination.
• Familiarity with trial preparation tasks and the ability to organize materials for legal proceedings.
• Proficiency with case management software and confidence handling electronic case records.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in a legal setting.
