Paralegal - Senior, PI Established (100+ Years) Plaintiff Firm Seeking Senior Litigation Paralegal in Richmond, VA An established Virginia-based firm with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal with 5-7+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience in Virginia's General District and Circuit Courts to join their team in Richmond, VA . This role supports attorneys handling plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through litigation and trial. Litigation experience is the priority, and candidates with strong trial backgrounds from plaintiff or defense practice, including family law, will also be considered.
Offer:

Qualifications:
Approximately 5-7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal Extensive experience with Virginia's General District Courts and Circuit Courts Experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision Proficiency with case management software such as Filevine or similar platforms Skilled in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and organizing trial materials Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines Paralegal certificate or associate degree preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Leads case management across all phases of litigation including intake, discovery, and trial preparation Drafts, files, and serves pleadings, discovery responses, and motions with Virginia courts Organizes, summarizes, and maintains case documents electronically Coordinates with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Prepares trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials for hearings and trials Mentors junior paralegals and supports workflow across the litigation team Ensures deadlines are met and cases move efficiently through the litigation process For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
