This role supports attorneys handling plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through litigation and trial. Litigation experience is the priority, and candidates with strong trial backgrounds from plaintiff or defense practice, including family law, will also be considered.

Qualifications:
Approximately 5-7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegalExtensive experience with Virginia's General District Courts and Circuit CourtsExperience in plaintiff personal injury litigation strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervisionProficiency with case management software such as Filevine or similar platformsSkilled in drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and organizing trial materialsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlinesParalegal certificate or associate degree preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Leads case management across all phases of litigation including intake, discovery, and trial preparationDrafts, files, and serves pleadings, discovery responses, and motions with Virginia courtsOrganizes, summarizes, and maintains case documents electronicallyCoordinates with clients, experts, and opposing counselPrepares trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials for hearings and trialsMentors junior paralegals and supports workflow across the litigation teamEnsures deadlines are met and cases move efficiently through the litigation process
